You can get up to $125,000 for improvements like better heating, cooling, and water heating systems. Eligibility requirement
Here's what you will need to be eligible:
- Must be a commercial or multi-unit residential building
- Must be a commercial customer on SGS, MGS, or LGS rates
- Reside within BC Hydro’s service area
- Must reduce GHG emissions and use technologies not covered by other programs
- Must be hardwired or permanent and accessible for inspection
The CleanBC Commercial Express Program offers support for commercial and multi-unit residential buildings to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through small-scale electrification projects. With additional free energy coaching available, building owners can easily access financial and technical assistance to make their buildings more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
