Eligibility requirement

- Must significantly impact manufacturing performance and offer a global competitive advantage
- Should have high potential for widespread commercialization
- Must provide broader benefits to Canada’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem, including capabilities promotion, industry knowledge, and applied research
- Should involve meaningful partnerships among multiple industry participants, especially SMEs, with shared risk, investment, and benefits
The program is designed to accelerate the construction of homes, reduce building costs, cut carbon emissions, and boost productivity. Projects must demonstrate significant innovation, commercial potential, and broad benefits to Canada’s manufacturing ecosystem while fostering strong partnerships, particularly with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
